While Belltown Court is extremely Airbnb friendly, which is rare for HOAs, it is important to follow the house rules and all instructions to ensure an enjoyable stay. Outdoor CCTV is passively monitored for security. The TV is set up for streaming, so feel free to bring your preferred device (Roku Stick, Amazon Fire TV Stick, etc.) for easy access. You can log into your favorite streaming services (Netflix, HBO GO, etc.) using your own credentials—just remember to sign out before you leave. Check-in will be coordinated with our greeter, but we’re always just a message, text, or call away if you need anything!
